Use soft toothbrushes. Medium or too hard ones can damage enamel or gums. Use them with minimal pressure, circular movements, for 2 minutes, at least 2 times a day.
Manual brushes, as well as electric ones, clean well, although, if we take manual work into account, sometimes electric ones clean more efficiently and easily.
Use a reminder to change your brush every 3-4 months. If the bristles are dull or bent, change it sooner because it will no longer clean effectively. Also, this can be an indicator of the fact that the brushing force is too high.
